Avanza Founder Joan Dentler, MBA, will be presenting at the ASCA 2022 Conference & Expo. This event is scheduled for April 27–30 in Dallas.
Joan’s session is titled “ASC Joint Ventures: Achieving Success, Maintaining Independence.” The presentation is scheduled for 2:20 pm–3:50 pm CT on Thursday, April 28.
The session’s description is as follows: “Many hospitals and physicians interested in partnering on ASC joint ventures do not know how to begin and proceed successfully. Examine recent trends in ASC joint ventures, dos and don’ts for both partners, and the results of a national hospital executive survey on ASC joint ventures, now in its fifth year. Learn what is required for creating a solid foundation for a successful ASC joint venture, including how to achieve the appropriate balance of hospital and physician involvement and oversight.”
The session is considered “advanced,” meaning it will provide ambulatory surgery center professionals who feel they have a strong grasp of the basics with content that will help them take their skills to a higher level.
